China won all three of its women's singles quarterfinals against Japanese opponents at the 2026 Asian Championships in Tashkent. Kuai Man beat Honoka Hashimoto 3–1 after losing their three previous meetings.[1][2]

Chen Yi defeated Hina Hayata 3–0, while Wang Yidi beat Satsuki Odo 3–1. China had lost the women's team final 3–2 to Japan on October 22.[1][2][3]

Kuai faces top seed Miwa Harimoto in one semifinal, while Chen and Wang meet in the other, guaranteeing China a finalist. Harimoto already holds the women's team and mixed doubles titles; winning both women's singles and women's doubles would give her four golds.[1][3]

In women's doubles, Harimoto and Hayata face Chen Yi and Jiang Yiyi in the semifinals. The women's singles and doubles semifinals and finals are scheduled for October 25.[1][3]
