Sora Matsushima beat Lin Yun-Ju 4–3 in the China Smash men's singles final. He claimed his second Grand Smash men's singles title at the event. Earlier, he beat Zhou Qihao 4–2 in the semifinals.[1]

Wang Manyu beat Hitomi Sato 4–0 to retain the women's singles title. She also retained the women's doubles title with Kuai Man, defeating Miwa Harimoto and Hina Hayata.[2][3]

China won the two women's titles but had no finalists in men's singles, men's doubles or mixed doubles. This was China's first China Smash without a five-title sweep since the tournament's launch in 2024.[2]

Wang Chuqin and Lin Shidong had withdrawn from the tournament. Beijing Daily argues that these results exposed a lack of depth and reserve talent in the men's squad.[3]
